Tiwi is a small village at the east coast between Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi. The spectacular White Beach and Stone Beach , sheltered by stunning cliffs are close by. A journey from Masqat through rocky foothills and huge wadis to Quriat and heading down the coast road to Tiwi takes 2 hours.

After continuing along the ocean road for half an hour the boat builders town Sur awaits at the end of the scenic drive.
